Since inception, we've hired numerous employees through Bronx Works, neighborhood program providing local youth with job skills and an education.

We partner with the YMCA afterschool program at P.S. 154 Jonathan D. Hyatt in Mott Haven, Bronx. Students are invited to the flower shop, learn about flower design, and become junior floral designers!

They embrace, contribute to, and help lead the local artist community, welcoming the area's urban beauty, diversity, and roots.
